Background: 

Goals:

• Add a button to the blueprints actions/kebab menu to export a blueprint
• The export format is .json
• Implement exporting the whole blueprint, including the name + description (Currently, we do not support importing name + description in the BE. However, this way, we can prepare for that to do so in the future)
