Background: 

After reevaluating import/export possibilities, the placement of some buttons changed in order to make the buttons put into logical blocks.

Goals:

• Place Build Images button into the Images table toolbar
• Make a kebab menu out of the Blueprints action button, and place it into the toolbar
• Add import dummy button next to the Create button
