Based on a discussion with rhn-support-robwilli, richjerrido and rhn-engineering-bkearney, this change is to be deployed to production ASAP.

Because convert2rhel is removing the option to opt out of data collection and with that it does not check the CONVERT2RHEL_DISABLE_TELEMETRY environment variable anymore, setting the variable can be removed from the conversion script that is executed by the rhc-worker-script.

Acceptance criteria:

• The use of CONVERT2RHEL_DISABLE_TELEMETRY is removed from https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/insights-platform/advisor-backend/-/merge_requests/703
