Goal:

• Full integration with candlepin for content templates

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create connection to candlepin using an open api schema
  • With configurarable URL
• Creating a content template will create the following  in candlepin:
  • Product within the org
  • Create a subscription for the product
  • Content for each custom repo added to the product
  • Environment created to represent the content template
    • should have a relevant prefix path
  • Content for custom and red hat content added to the Environment
  •  
• When creating/updating a content template in candlepin, we should create new distributions in pulp to live under that path prefix
