Incorrect OS version restriction automatically selected

      When configuring an EPEL 9 repository, `el8` is auto-selected for OS version when the repository is validated.

      At time of writing, not sure if this is a problem with the epel metadata or the OS selection.

      Adding an EPEL8 repo also selects `el8`
