Describe the problem - package that user add, disappear when go to Next step and then go back, the sitatuion happened only when user add oscap profile as well 

Steps to reproduce

1. create new image- choose an OSCAP profile
2.  get to the packages step
3. add any package
4. go to the Repositories step
5. press Next
6. press back
7. press back
8. press Next

11. actual:
12.     package that user add, disappear when go to Next step and then go back, the sitatuion happened only when user add oscap profile as well
