Goal: 

We need input from our product owner and team to tasks (maybe an epic) around notifications for the app.

We need to:

• figure out which notifications we want
• review and decide on design (get Maria's feedback if needed)
• create a series of tasks to accomplish these changes.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Tickets (maybe epic) created
• Certainty on how notifications will be built moving forward.
