Goal:

• Implement ISO creation in bootc-image-builder
• Investigate if %autopart can be used

Acceptance Criteria:

• bootc-image-builder can build an offline headless installer that installs the given container image to the target system. See the parent feature for more details.
• We have some basic tests in the CI for this.
