Create a new experimental endpoint which lists blueprints. As sketched on the design, It returns ID, name, description, version number and amount of images (not on the sketch but might be quite useful).

Coordinate with engineer who will be working on the image-blueprint association on the implementation, we haven’t decided how to store the data.
