Goal: 

• List packages in a snapshot
• The route should be at content/repoUUID/snapshots/snapshotUUID
• For now we will use the /repositories/UUID/rpms api endpoint to get packages for the list.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Make the package count within the snapshot list a link (see screenshot 1)
• The link would open a new content list modal (see screenshot 2)
• Should be able see the list of packages with pagination controls
• Close button should close the modal and return the user to the repositories list
• Route should be unique for the modal, such that a refresh should keep the user with the modal open.
• This would not include the advisories/errata tab
