We want to migrate one or two customers to using the new Pulp hosted OSTree repositories. This is a canary migration with the remaining (and majority of customers) migrating as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HMS-2872

Goals

Migrate one or two ImageSets from AWS to Pulp.
