Goal: 

• Make sure everyone can work with the new wizard while keeping the actual one functional.
• Create a feature flag for stage and prod, the feature flag should be disabled
• Create a new environment with which start npm, something like npm run stage-beta, maybe stage-beta:experimental
• Create a new directory for the new wizard. It should be an empty skeleton first.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Make sure that anyone can work locally with the new wizard but that stage and prod stays untouched.
