Goal: 

• Updates pushed via Playbook Dispatcher should use the Pulp repo URL for updates

Acceptance Criteria:

• The system is successfully updated to the commit stored in the Pulp repo after update process and reboot
• The system should be able to successfully rollback to the previos version
