Goal:

Image Builder should configure Pulp to protect the OSTree content it's uploading. Once protected, IB itself will also need to submit AuthN to build from this content in the future.

Acceptance Criteria:

• IB is configuring two Pulp Content Guards for each repo
  • one to authorize OSTree end clients
  • another to authorize any IB builder who is building future images from OSTree content
• IB Workers will also need to be configured to submit the authentication when pulling OSTree content for future builds
