Goal: 

Make it easier to consume snapshots while we are in development

Acceptance Criteria:

On each row of the snapshot list, add a link that links to the repo_config:

/api/content-sources/v1.0/repositories/$UUID/snapshots/$UUID/config.repo

ideally this opens in a new tab
