Goal:

• Provide UI & Api for listing red hat repositories and their snapshots
• Snapshot a set of <30 red hat repositories on a nightly basis

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user with the snapshotting feature can list red hat repositories that are being snapshotted in the api & UI
• A user with the snapshotting feature can list red hat repository snapshots in the api & UI
