Goal: 

• Add the "Snapshot" related info to the repositories list table (sketch reference here)

Caveats:

• "View Changes" should not be a link and just say, "Changes:" for now
• No status changes

Acceptance Criteria:

• UI matches mocks
• This functionality will all be hidden by the snapshot feature flag (IE if the org has access or not).
