fcanogab has mentioned during product security threat modelling that the worker should have dependabot and static analysis tools used in the rhc-worker-bash repository.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Dependabot and relevant static analysis tools are added to to the rhc-worker-bash GitHub repo.
