Goal:

• Clarify with legal
• Deploy image-builder in it
• Set up a separate console.fedora tenant for it
• Validate that it works (build an image)

Acceptance Criteria:

• We have a Fedora-facing service that can build images in the same way as the console.redhat.com, but without needing to have a Red Hat account.
• You cannot build RHEL on this service.

Open questions:

• How do we handle authentication?
• Should we move Packit to this service and disable Fedora on the Red Hat one?
