Goal: 

• Similar in vein to this front-end ticket we need to add the ability to manually trigger snapshot tasks in the UI. 

Considerations: 

• This button will be hidden by both the snapshot permissions (via /features/ endpoint, store the boolean in Context state), as well as via regular Rbac write permissions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A functional button within the repository kebab to trigger a snapshot task.
• Test coverage (a test checking for the existence of the button).
