Goal

• All images are shared with Launch GCP account and thus Launchable
• Users are still forced to share image with one of the options in IB
• Figure out the way for User to bypass this sharing

Acceptance Criteria

• User can either select a source (which will only be stored in IB, but not used and only used by Launch) or be allowed to opt out of sharing altogether
