Goal: 

• As a User I want to be able to choose what resource group my Azure instance will be deployed to.
• There needs to be a research or discussion whether we include this in Source, or have a selection of Resource Group in our wizard.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Customer is able to select a resource group the instance is deployed into.
