Goal:

• Have a long-lived instance of "domains enabled" pulp_rpm + pulpcore available on the production environment as part of the Content Sources app

Acceptance Criteria:

• Deployed via a container built using the downstream pipeline and delivered via the typical quay account for RH services
• "domains enabled"
• Part of the Content Sources App definition
• It doesn't need to be routable to customers, just have the services deployed and ready.
