Deploy frontend as a cloud.redhat.com Frontend app

      Goal:

      • Deploy the FE as an openshift Frontend application (example)
      • Stop using the travis + frontend-build repo
      • Drop the sync-branches workflow
      • Delete provisioning-fronted-build

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • The FE application is deployed as a Frontend application
      • The production version is determined by a ref set in app-interface, analogous to our other components
      • The sync branches + travis workflow is stopped and removed
      • The frontend-build repo is archived
      • Update production promotion to cover the new flow
