I tried creating the Azure source both via api and UI and the result is the same. The frontend of Sources crashes and I can't use the source from image builder.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Provision ephemeral environment with all the necessary apps
2. Add Azure source
   1. Name it
   2. Add Launch as application
   3. Put your subscription ID
   4. Create
3. Try to use it in image builder -> fails as seen on screenshot
4. Go back to Sources to investigate -> crash as seen on the screenshot

This seems to work fine on stage beta but in this state it's blocking testing of Azure in ephemeral environment.
