When trying to create a custom repo for Google Chrome (BaseURL: https://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64 ) in HMS it fails 

• When trying to upload the GPG key file it fails with error: 

                      There was an problem uploading the file.
                      The file is larger than 8096 bytes.

• When we provide a link to the GPG key : https://dl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub , it fails with error

                   Error validating signature: openpgp: signature made by unknown entity. Is this the correct GPG Key?
