When user selects an instance type, we have vCPUs number. If we multiple this by amount we get total number of vCPUs.

Since redhatters are constantly hitting the AWS new account vCPU limit which is 32 and ugly error occurs in that case during demos or showscases, it is a good idea to implement a warning similarly how we show a warning when instance type is too small for production use.

      The test should be:

Total number of vCPUs allocated will be 1234
