      Goal: 

      • Provide an endpoint that exposes details of Azure source for IB
        • Subscription ID
        • Tenant ID
        • List of resource groups
        • Optionally - ideal case flag whether the group has authorization for Image Builder

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Verify Subsctiption ID, Tenant ID and list of resource groups is fetchable from Provisioning API
