Goal:

• Image Builder is a service that lives inside an area of the console that does more than build images! We should update the name of the page to reflect that.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Change the name to "Images"
• Change all references of the page and navigation to "Images"
• Confirm that references to the builder itself stay correctly named "Image Builder."
