I was building an image with image builder using the following custom repos:

http://yum.theforeman.org/pulpcore/3.22/el9/x86_64/
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/9/Everything/x86_64/

and selected the following packages to be installed:

python3-pulpcore
python3-pulpcore-client

The image build failed and i was left wondering why.  It turns out these packages conflict with each other, but i had no way of knowing that
