Goal: 

• sentry is an error monitoring/dashboard system that we should integrate with
• note that we actually use glitch tip to do this, but its sentry sdk compatible

Acceptance Criteria:

• App interface changes to allow glitchtip similar to (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/merge_requests/58759)
• add sentry writer to zerolog, similar to (https://github.com/RHEnVision/provisioning-backend/pull/446)
