Goal: 

• Add the remaining SLOs and their corresponding dependencies (metrics, grafana, alerts).
• The remaining SLOs are Repository Freshness, Kafka Queue Latency, Kafka Queue Success Rate.

Additional Information:

• Each SLO needs some kind of representation on the Grafana dashboard and Alerts.

• All current information can be found on this document, SLOs/SLIs. Including how to add SLOs, alerts, and update the Grafana dashboard.
• A metric for repository freshness already exists ("not introspected in the last 24h"). The metrics for Kafka would need to be implemented.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add remaining SLOs to SLO docs
• Add alerts for each SLO.
• Represent each SLO with a new panel on the grafana dashboard.
• meeting & video recording archived and linked detailing the process for adding metrics + SLO + grafana
