Add expandedText and collapsedText props to the non-inline LabelGroup in LabelInput, limiting visible chips to 4 with a "Show less" / "X more" toggle.

This affects all steps using LabelInput without inlineChips:

• Firewall (ports, enabled services, disabled services)
• Kernel (kernel arguments)
• Systemd Services (enabled, disabled, masked)
• Timezone (NTP servers)
