[BUG] [Cockpit] All images table lists more then 10 images

      *Bug description*

      The `All images` table shows a dropdown which says show 10 images per page but instead it lists more then 10 images for me.

      *Reproduction steps*
      Steps to reproduce the behavior:
      1. Go to Image builder plugin
      2. Have more then 10 images and notice the table isn't paginated

      *Expected behavior*

      Only 10 images are shown.
