Migrate the app entry points (src/App.js, src/AppEntry.js, src/entry-dev.js, src/entry.js, src/index.js, src/Routes.js) to typescript

Goal:

• Each file is renamed to <filename>.tsx
• Types defined and used

Acceptance Criteria:

• Files are migrated to typescript
• App builds and runs successfully
• Tests pass
