The current osbuild process expects the bootc container to be present in OCI local repository.

We need to add a mechanism into composer/worker/executor that will ensure the repository is there.

The source will be published in ECR registry on stage/prod, so expect a normal repository URL. The download is gonna be cheap (free of charge) so no caching is necessary, just download it as many times as needed.
