We need to migrate to packages.stage.redhat.com for pulp communication (API usage only) in order to talk to pulp without rate limiting.

The process for this is being documented as part of  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PULP-1152  but that may not be done.  

The process for the migration is:

Login to access.redhat.com using the credentials in vault:

content-sources/prod/console-account

content-sources/stage/console-account

Create credentials here:

https://access.redhat.com/terms-based-registry/

https://access.stage.redhat.com/terms-based-registry/

Use the created credentials to talk to packages[.stage].redhat.com and list domains:

pulp domain list

Then login to
https://internal.console.stage.redhat.com/api/pulp-mgmt/
https://internal.console.redhat.com/api/pulp-mgmt

and add the user to the contentsources group

Add the new credentials to vault under some path for stage and production

From that point, we can update app-interface to point to packages[.stage].redhat.com and use basic auth with the credentials created
