api/ui - add "support ends" dates to all the RHEL versions

      In the UI, when we list RHEL versions for selection (like el8, el9, el10), we should also show "support ends" dates. This could be returned by the repository_parameters API, or done fully in the UI

       

      Open questions:

      • Should we update the repository parameters API to return this information along with the version?
