Image mode systems are showing advisories as installable in patch. These systems shouldn't be able to be patched via lightspeed, so the option to patch or apply remediation plans to these systems should be disabled.

This might require both backend and UI work in patch to ensure installable advisories are not shown for these systems. They should not be able to be remediated.
