Update osbuild-composer and ibcli to use V2 depsolver API

      Acceptance criteria

      • osbuild-composer vendored osbuild/images version is updated to v0.236.0, which uses the V2 depsolver API by default
      • image-builder-cli vendored osbuild/images version is updated to v0.236.0, which uses the V2 depsolver API by default
      • osbuild in RHEL nighly composes is at least of version v170, which provides the osbuild-depsolve-dnf with the V2 depsolver API
