We are getting this error when building an image set to a repeatable build with only RH repos and no custom repos (tested with baseos+appstream, HA, codeready): 

Status code 500: Unable to build customizations: unable to fetch snapshots for date, got 400 response

"error":"error: code=400, title=, detail=Query must contain between 1 and 1000 repository_uuids, query contains 0 repository_uuids 

This could be because, when building repository snapshots in image-builder-crc, we are only fetching non-RH repos (here and here) so the repo uuids in the request are empty if no custom repos are in the blueprint.
