OVirt/RHV (Red Hat Virtualization) has been deprecated. Its last support footprint is in ACM 2.10, which is EOL Sept 23, 2025 (ref). After that date, we should be able to remove all OVirt-related code from hive.

(Later) Note that we merged this on Sep 11 based on the fact that the last MCE 2.5.z has already been released.
