A team was recently able to stand up an OpenStack ClusterPool in OSCI. This may mean it's possible for us to plumb an e2e using OpenStack spokes. That would be super useful, as today we have zero CI for OpenStack.

Off the top, the tricky bits would be:

      • Getting creds to the OpenStack cloud. This is assuming we get to use the same one they're using, which may not be the case. Needs investigation.
      • Inventory. Hive needs explicit reserved IPs for OpenStack spokes, fed in through the install-config (I think). So either the setup for our e2e would need to reserve some, feed the values into the test, and release on termination; or we would need to have a pre-reserved block and somehow rotate them in and out from the test itself in such a way that any two independent test runs don't step on each other.
