Proposed title of this feature request

Include in hive’s MachinePool CRD [1] parameters available in installer [2].

What is the nature and description of the request?

To use VMNetworkingType in the MachinePools managed by hive. Then we request to include at least this one [3]. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
It's not able to scale workers (with a new MachinePool) with the proper VMNetworkingType parameter.
