Alerts should be reflective of customer experience, and they should be actionable. If alerts are non-actionable they should be evaluated and remediation efforts should enter the team's backlog.
Definition of Done:
Noisy Alerts have been reviewed
Steps to reduce the alerts via bug fixes, alert tuning or other have been defined in Jira or Spikes for them are defined in Jira and prioritized in the backlog.
Services that are not GA can close this, but they should implement a review process for alerts post GA.
