If a service is already GA and has SRE support this can be skipped.
If the service is not GA and is actively in ROMS there should be alignment between the ROMS effort, SRE onboarding specifically, and Hybrid SRE to ensure no duplication of work/extra work streams.

The SnP team member assigned to the service for Hybrid SRE should be added to any SRE related ROMS meetings and can help the team develop SLI/SLO's and other items required to onboard to SRE.
