jaharrin noticed an obvious memory leak in hive in OSD. We believe it stemmed from CVE-2022-41717 which has been resolved in k8s.io/apimachinery 0.26.1. Upgrade that dep and the others that are synchronized with it. Fix unit tests as necessary.
