Install OCP cluster on rhv/ovirt with openshift-install and hiveutil respectively.

      There are some differences:

      1. installer will generate one certificate automatically instead of asking for /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/ca.pem.
      2. There are a few more bold fields generated in installer install-config template but not in  Hive CD template.

      compute:
         - architecture: amd64
          hyperthreading: Enabled
          name: worker
      ...

Looks like the Hive solution on rhv/ovirt was done long time ago i.e. in OCP4.5, which shall be enhanced to align with the latest installer implementation.
