We need to be able to dev/test hive with oVirt. At the moment we're piggybacking on ACM's environment. That's not a sustainable model.

AC:

• Hive devs have the ability to deploy hive into an environment that is / can be connected to an oVirt cloud.
• A hive-sops doc exists (like the VSphere one) explaining how to do that.
