Hive SOP Links broken in App-Interface / PagerDuty

      Greetings,

      When paged for critical alerts, AppSRE team members use metadata contained in app-interface to help debug, resolve, or escalate issues that are impacting production.

      I just received a page for a Hive related service. However, the SOPs URL contained in the PagerDuty payload did not resolve (bad link). The incorrect SOPs URL could lead to longer downtimes and immediate escalation.

      Task: Fix all SOPs urls in app-interface to point to valid URLs.
